At The Kalamkari Store, we aim to provide high-quality products. Please read our return policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

1. The product must be unboxed carefully while recording a full unboxing video.

2. The unboxing video must clearly show:

   • The sealed package

   • Opening of the package

   • The product condition

3. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

4. Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products (not caused during transit)

• Products returned without original packaging

• Customized or special-order items (if applicable)

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund approval will be communicated via email.

• Approved refunds will be credited within 7 business days.

• Refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
